How the Activity Works

In this event, your team will learn everything you need to know about grilling – from the basics to advanced techniques. Whether you’re a weekend BBQer or a total beginner, you’ll gain new skills and fresh culinary confidence.

Together, you’ll grill:

• Appetizers, main courses, and even desserts

• Seasonal ingredients and unexpected flavor combos

• All under the guidance of certified Weber experts

We teach proper grilling technique, temperature control, smoke flavoring, and how to get the most out of charcoal, wood, or gas. You’ll also pick up plenty of insider tips and tricks along the way.

Make it even more memorable by including:

• A session with a BBQ champion chef – ranked 3rd at the World BBQ Championship in the USA

• A hands-on class in making your own BBQ rubs and marinades from scratch

• A pizza-making experience – Italian-style pizza on a standard Weber grill, complete with dough techniques, sauce prep, and gourmet toppings
