How the Activity Works

Curling is a mix of friendly competition, focused teamwork, and light physical activity – ideal for all skill levels. Teams of 4–6 players compete to slide their stones closest to the target, requiring careful planning and perfect execution.

You’ll learn key techniques such as:

• The art of the curl

• Sweeping for speed and direction control

• Team roles like skip and vice-skip, who lead strategy and aim

The session is led by a professional curling coach with over 30 years of experience from European Championships, World Championships, and the Olympic Games. Their expert tips and engaging instruction ensure everyone is involved, learning, and having fun.

Location and Execution

We handle all equipment and setup – you just bring comfortable clothing and enthusiasm. The session lasts approximately two hours and includes instruction, practice rounds, and a friendly match.
